WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE PROJECT?

This is the time period that is necessary to complete all work on moving your items from point A to point B. Travel time is the time necessary for our truck to reach the pickup address and return to base after the move is completed. Private Moving Company does not charge the travel time for the moves within 15 miles radius. We does not charge for the disassembly and assembly of the furniture with basic structure. Some furniture pieces may require carpentry work. Please speak to your sales representative to get ail details.

WHAT IS THE RATES?

This is an hourly estimate, based on the information provided by the customer. The closing price will be determine based on the time spent to complete the project. Tolls are paid additionally. Packing Materials: We carry all kinds of boxes in our trucks. In case you forgot to pack some of your belongings, please ask your foreman to provide the price list of the boxes. They come as an additional charge and prices vary between $10-50$ for each unit. Tips are not included in the estimate; however recommended tips amount is 15-20%. Damages: Private Moving Company is fully insured company. Your belongings are covered with standard coverage of 0.60 cents per pound per article. If you decide to get an additional insurance, please refer to the 3rd party insurance provider. No company guarantees damage free moves. Accidents do happen and Private Moving Company approaches each situation individually. If damage occurs during the move, please submit your claim to info@private-moving.com for our team to review. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accepts most of the credit and debit cards, along with cash, as a method of payment. We DO NOT accept checks and AMEX.
